A candidate for the Appreciative Adviser Certification must email a completed Application Packet (click here) to the Office of Appreciative Education via patels@FAU.EDU. Please make sure you download the PDF before trying to complete. There is a Frequently Asked Question section in the Application Packet.
Please provide the following for Certification (see the application packet for full details):
* Completed Applicant Information Sheet * Three completed 3-page Appreciative Advising Skills Rubrics * A letter of Recommendation from your supervisor * Current Resume/Curriculum Vitae * Personal Appreciative Advising Theory Statement * Successful completion of the Appreciative Advising Online Course -OR- Appreciative Advising Institute (Please include a copy of your completion certificate, if you have it) * Pay the application fee ($275) here.
