Please be advised that a charge of $10.00 (credit or debit card) is required for each duplicate or replacement diploma/certificate that is ordered.
Once your request is submitted, orders are not refundable.
All duplicate diplomas/certificates will be reissued in the current format and will bear the names and signatures of current officials in office at the time the order is placed.
Replacement and duplicate diplomas/certificates will be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service, usually within 7-10 business days of receipt of the request. If you request to pick-up your diploma at the Registrar’s Office, you will be contacted once it is ready.
If a third party requires the copy of your diploma to be notarized, please indicate NOTARIZE under the special instructions on the form.
