Registration Fees and Cancellation Policy
Conference Registration rates will increase at 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 1 2024. Regular registration after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 1, 2024 will be $320.00. Regular registration with banquet after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 1, 2024 will be $370.00. Student registration after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 1, 2024 will be $160.00. Student registration with banquet after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 1, 2024 will be $210.00. Banquet/Guest ticket after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 1, 2024 will be $65.00 Conference Registration rates will increase again at 1:00 a.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025. Regular registration after 1:00 a.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025 will be $340.00. Regular registration with banquet after 1:00 a.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025 will be $400.00. Student registration after 1:00 a.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025 will be $180.00. Student registration with banquet after 1:00 a.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025 will be $230.00. Banquet/Guest ticket after 1:00 a.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025 will be $70.00. For cancellations before Tuesday, February 25, 2025, there is a cancellation fee of $30.00 for non-student registrants. For cancellation before Tuesday, February 25, 2025, there is a cancellation fee of $20.00 for student registrants. For cancellations on, or after Wednesday, February 26, 2025, there is a cancellation fee of 20% for all conference registrants. The cancellation fee for part of a registration package is 20% at all times.
No refunds after the beginning of the conference.
