Registration Fees and Cancellation Policy
Conference Registration rates will increase at 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2026. Regular registration after 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2026 will be $320.00. Regular registration with banquet after 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2026 will be  $390.00. Student registration after 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2026 will be $160.00. Student registration with banquet after 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2026 will be $230.00. Conference Registration rates will increase again at 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2027. Regular registration after 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2027 will be  $340.00. Regular registration with banquet after 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2027 will be  $410.00. Student registration after 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2027 will be $180.00. Student registration with banquet after 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2027 will be $250.00. For cancellations before 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2027, there is a cancellation fee of $30.00 for non-student registrants. For cancellation before 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2027, there is a cancellation fee of $20.00 for student registrants. For cancellations on, or after Wednesday, February 24, 2027, there is a cancellation fee of 20% for all conference registrants. The cancellation fee for part of a registration package is 20% at all times.
No refunds after the beginning of the conference.
