Bryan Sheppard, Contracting Officer. Bureau of Engraving and Printing
Bryan Sheppard is a federal Contracting Officer with the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, with prior contracting experience at the Bureau of the Fiscal Service and the Defense Logistics Agency. A former U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, he brings strong expertise in government contracting, negotiation, and acquisition management. Bryan holds a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, is completing his MBA at Florida Atlantic University, and is certified in FAC-C Professional, licensed in Florida real estate, and proficient in Mandarin.
