Students will have the opportunity to complete CPR certification. Learn Blood Pressure skills, patient care and history, Vital signs, Blood Borne Pathogens, HIPAA training, and common medical errors, and recognize how the 12 lead ECG relates to the areas of the heart.

The stard date for Basic Clinical Skills will be on Januray 16,2025 to February 06,2025 with CPR (face to face) on February 15,2025. 

The EKG Technician course at Florida Atlantic University is a comprehensive 30-hour course that prepares students to function as EKG and Monitor technicians. Upon completion of this course, a certificate of completion will be presented to the student. No previous healthcare experience is needed for this course.

The Career Changer Certificate is for graduate students that have NOT completed all of the prerequisite course work for any pre-health profession.
